Terms of service

Written to be understood. What we deliver, who owns the site, how we handle your data and what maintenance costs from the second year.

Loading the terms…

I have read and accept the terms of service, including the assignment of the site to me and the right of withdrawal. I accept the data protection information in clause 8 and the processing of my data to provide and invoice the service. I authorise the annual charge of €29 plus VAT from the second year on the same card, for an indefinite term and cancellable with fifteen days' notice.

We keep a copy of the text you accept, with date and time, and email it to you.

Payment

The payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What happens after you pay. We review your order the same working day, write to you if anything is missing and get started. The delivery time runs from the moment we have the payment and all the information.

If any information is missing we will write to you; otherwise the next thing you get is your site to review.
